Commercial Energy Performance Certificates

From October 1 2008 all commercial buildings over 2,500 sqm need an energy performance certificate before the building can either be sold or leased. Whichever level of non-domestic energy performance certificate you need, our highly qualified engineers will provide it for you:

Level 3 - small existing buildings such as converted houses or doctors surgeries

Level 4 - new and existing simple office buildings using non-natural ventilation

Level 5 - new and existing complex buildings such as natural ventilated offices, factories or industrial units

If you want to get your building into a higher band we will carry out a complete energy audit and provide you with a comprehensive report, with full costings, for energy efficiency improvements and/or installation of renewable technologies. We can also provide subsequent design and project management services if required.
