We have in house Code for Sustainable Homes Assessors who can analyse designs to identify the most cost effective way of achieving code levels 3 to 6. We are accredited to carry out formal code assessments.

We work with developers and architects on all sizes of housing scheme, from individual properties to large developments for national house builders. Services range from full assessments to preliminary design evaluations and independent feasibility studies to find the most cost-effective LZC technologies for specific projects to meet Code requirements.

Eco Showhome

We worked with a developer to design a solution for an exemplar eco show home on a housing development in Lincolnshire to showcase different ways to meet levels 3 and 4 of the Code for Sustainable Homes.

Low carbon development

We were engaged to find the most cost effective way to meet level 4 of the Code for a development of 3 homes and 27 flats in Oxford. Our solution used a mix of air source heat pumps, solar technologies and heat recovery ventilation to reduce carbon emissions by 44% against a baseline scenario meeting building regulations, and also delivering a 20% on site renewable requirement.
