Distribution depot, Northampton

Full BREEAM assessment to demonstrate that the design achieved a “Very Good” rating. WE also carried out SBEM analysis for this project to demonstrate compliance with part L of the building regulations.

Office and retail unit, London

Full BREEAM assessment achieving “Very Good”. This project also included residential units above the shop and office areas and we carried out SAP assessments on these parts of the project.
