Encraft is currently leading two externally-funded partnership projects.

Sustainable Public Buildings

Sustainable Public Buildings is a project funded by Advantage West Midlands. The project aims to support project teams who aspire to make planned or existing public buildings exemplar sustainable buildings, and to use these projects to encourage the development of a world-class supply chain for low carbon building technologies in the region.

The Warwick Wind Trials

The Warwick Wind Trials is a project funded by the Pilkington Energy Efficiency Trust and Warwick District Council. Up to 20 roof top wind turbines are being installed on mixed sites in a defined geographical area to explore the impact this has on awareness of energy issues. The project is also monitoring the performance of the systems over 12 months.

West Midlands Centre for Constructing Excellence

Encraft are also delivery partners for the West Midlands Centre for Constructing Excellence which enables us to provide free building-related consultancy to small businesses in regeneration areas of the West Midlands during 2007-8.
